Warsaw, Poland - promise of transformation of the Poland of democracy as a model for the world, the President Barack Obama Saturday urged the Western allies and the American public to extend their support, energy and vision to those reaching now for democracy in the Middle East and North Africa.

Obama, in a brief press conference with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, assured Americans spent most of each day to worry about the US economy and how to strengthen and create jobs. But he coupled with the message that it is a duty of U.S. to support democracy in the world, which pays dividends in the form of a more secure and more prosperous world.
Speaking with urgency in his voice, Obama said that while no outside country cannot "impose change" on another, "we can really help." We facilitate. We can make a difference. ?
His message was a tacit response to simmering sense which should reduce American foreign aid at a time when he is faced with problems of deficit at home. In fact, foreign aid represents less than 1% of the federal budget.
Earlier in the day, Obama met with the President of the Poland, Bronislaw Komorowski and a team of Poles, including veterans of the solidarity movement, who recently visited Tunisia to share their advice on how to build a democracy. A popular uprising in Tunisia resulted in the overthrow of a longtime autocrat and sparked protest movements that still sweep through the region.
Poland, said Obama, "crossed that now want to go through many countries, and has done successfully."
The President also offered guarantees to the Poles that efforts to "reset" relations with the Russia would not at the expense of the safety of the Poland or other nations in Central and Eastern Europe.
He said that U.S. improved contacts with the Russia "has benefited the region... because it has helped to reduce tensions and facilitated the dialogue on the way in which each country can move forward.".
Citing struggles for democracy in the vicinity of the Poland, Obama had hard words for the Belarus, the President Alexander Lukashenko. It welcomed the assistance of the Poland to the Belarusian people and its efforts to encourage changes in Belarus. "President Lukashenko has shown total disregard for democratic values, the rule of law and the rights of the man of her own people," said Obama.
Way to coincide with the visit of Obama, the United States and the Poland have completed an agreement that will place a detachment of the US Air Force at the beginning of Poland in 2013. The presence of U.S. aviation on Polish soil is designed to improve the ability of American and Polish armed forces cooperate as members of the NATO alliance.
"The order of magnitude is not really important, but the gesture is very significant," Tusk said.
Obama not, however, brings with him a solution to an irritating long poles: their exclusion from a program for visa exemption for those who travel to the United States. Many Poles believed that their strong support for the United States and their contributions to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan should have won their privilege to travel without a visa in the United States.
Obama, said that the Poland are eligible for the derogation based on the current state of the law, but has promised that he was working to change that.
